For Set up:  consider the following:

Share instruments to lessen set up time

Playing your own guitar?  Consider using an amp already set up.  Situate your guitar on a stand up the stage.  

Keyboard, Drums will remain static instruments and will be shared throughout the evening. 

Tune your instrument ahead of time. 

Send your projection file to the powerpoint coordinator

Each participating group should encourage other musicians by speaking about the following things:

5. presentability / programming
6. skills
7. volunteers

9. dynamics / spirit 

Elements to Night of Worship / Music Night: 

1. Attendance - who will be the audience?
2. Participation - which churches will participate? 
3. Preparedness - How are we able to follow the program?
4. Goal - What's the objective of music night? 
5. Decisions / Follow Through - What happens after music night?
